At the seminar, Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang - Vice President of the PPA together with representatives of leaders of 08 educational management units and related functional agencies have discussed about new points, outstanding achievements in management and education in the 2017 - 2018 and some implementation orientations in 2018 - 2019 academic year.
