The joy of local people when the voluntary delegation shared difficulties in life

In the two days, the voluntary delegation presented 15 scholarships for excellent students overcoming difficulties; visited families having special difficult circumstances, presented them the useful gift such as blankets, daily commodities ...; organized free haircuts and cultural exchange combining with legal propaganda for local people ... These are significant activities, express feelings, heart, caring, sharing of officers, students of PPA for difficulty of the local people in the northwestern highland.

Participating volunteer program, PPA student Truong Tien Tung said: "When coming to the Son A Commune, Van Chan District, Yen Bai Province, saw the difficulties, struggles and poverty of local people; saw smiles of the children when being cut hair and got the gifts; saw local people wetting with tears when being visiting, encouraged, we felt so happy because of doing a small but extremely meaningful action".
