Speaking at the ceremony, Major General, Assoc.Prof.Dr Do Ngoc Can emphasized: the Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Dac Hoan was basically trained, matured in the People's Police struggles with political stability, absolute loyality to the Party, the Fatherland, strict compliance with guidelines and policies of the Party, the State and regulations of the sector. In work, Mr. Nguyen Dac Hoan always upholds his responsibility, creativeness, innovation of thinking and working methods. In every position and field, Mr. Nguyen Dac Hoan is an exemplary and dedicated leader, commander who has great contributions to the training of student generations in the Academy of People's Police, contributing to building the Academy to become a core training institution of the sector and nation by 2018.

Prof. Dr Do Ngoc Can believed that with new position, Mr. Nguyen Dac Hoan would continue to training his political skill and revolutionary virtues, further improving his exemplary lifestyle, internal solidarity, together with the People's Police Academy Board of Directors successfully completing political duties given by the Party, State and People.

Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr Do Ngoc Can affirmed: The Ministry of Public Security’s appointment of the Vice President to the Colonel, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dac Hoan would contribute to strengthening and consolidating power of the Board of Directors, creating favorable conditions for further innovation and development in education, training and scientific research, providing human resources for the fights against crime in new situation.

Speaking to receive new position, the Colonel, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dac Hoan gave thanks to leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the General Political Department of People’s Police, Party Committees, Board Director of the Academy who cared, facilitated, believed and gave him new responsibily; at the same time, he promised to continue improving himself, together with the academy’s staff and lecturers to strive for sustainable development of the Academy, the cause of education and training as entrusted by the Party, the State and the Ministry of Public Security .
