On September 24th,
2013, at the Cultural Centre of Cam Khe District, the PPA in cooperation with
the Public Security Department of Phu Tho Province and the Youth Union of Cam
Khe District held the program on cultural exchange and presenting the Certificate
of Merit to the officers and students of the PPA for their excellent
achievements during the social and political practice period in Cam Khe
District.
Attending the exchange,
as for Cam Khe District were Mr. Phung Huu Nghi, Member of the Party Committee
of Phu Tho Province, Secretary of Party Committee of Cam Khe District; Colonel
Phung Huy Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Public Security Department of Phu Tho
Province and Representatives of Union Organizations of Cam Khe District, Phu
Tho Province. As for the PPA, there were Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen
Xuan Yem, President of the Academy, members of the Directorate, leaders of functional
departments and students of the second year
students.

At the exchange, art-performance teams of the PPA, the Public Security Department of Phu Tho Province and the Youth Union of Cam Khe District showed a lot of special performances. Beginning of the exchange, the performances of the Folk Song of Phu Tho Province and the traditional song of the PPA with both sweet and strong voice caught the attention of the audiences. Especially, the teams also contributed the performances which were arranged meticulously, expressed full of the characters of the People’ Police Force.

On this occasion, Representatives
of Cam Khe District presented Certificate of Merit to 167 officers, students of
the PPA for their excellent achievement during the social and political
practice period at four communes within Cam Khe District and two communes within
Yen Lap District. During the period of practice, the students of the PPA
attended activities on keeping social order and safety; propagandized local people
to participate in the mass movement for defending national security;
propagandized to enhance the common people’s consciousness of executing traffic
law, anti-drug law and preventing of school violence in the areas within the
two districts of Phu Tho Province.
