1. The thesis focuses on surveying and analyzing some typical domestic and foreign projects that related to the public order organizing and preservation of the Order police force. The thesis also developes the theory system on public order as well as the organizing and maintenance public order under the function of Order Police.

- The thesis surveys and explores the situation of public order and the situation of maintaining public order of the National Order police force from 2008 to June 2017. The thesis also provides comments and evaluates the achieved results with limitations, shortcomings and the causes of limitations and shortcomings on the public order organizing and maintenance process of Order police force. 

- The thesis forecasts the basis of the affected factors on maintaining public order of Order police force. The thesis also developes practical solutions system to enhance the effectiveness of organizing and maintaining public order in the coming time.
