New contributions of the thesis:

1. The thesis is a systematical and improved work researching into the operation of the state management on social order and safety regard to the business activity of security service of police force. Apart from clarifying theoretical issues related to state management on social order and safety regard to business activity of security service of police force, the thesis has established a theory system including description, specification, legal basis, assignment, allocation, content and collaboration of forces in state management on social security and order for activity business of security service under the function of management administration police force.

2. The thesis has comprehensively surveyed, analyzed objectively and the real situation of state management on social order and safety regard to the business activity of security service of police force from 2009 to the end of 2017, at the same time simultaneously made comments, evaluated of acquired results, existing problems, and indicated the reasons for those existing problems.

3. The thesis has given some scientific predictions and depicted factors that influence to the state management on social order and safety regard to the business activity of security service of the police force; it also provided some necessary methods with a view to enhancing the effectiveness of state management on social order and safety regard to the business activity of security service of the police force.
