On February 2nd 2018, The People’s Police Academy and The Graduate University of Science and Technology under Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, held a ceremony to sign a cooperation agreement in training, scientific research, application development, and exchange activities.

With the goal of “All for Humanity”, after almost 50 years of efforts to ensure traffic safety, traffic accidents in Japan have been reduced more than three quarters of the deaths compared to 1970, which helped Japan become one of the most modern, civilized and secure transportation systems in the world.
