In June 2015, the delegation of the PPA consisted of 10 members, led by Major General, Prof. Dr Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of PPA, participated in Mission 15 to visit Truong Sa and DK1. On December 21th, 2017, the PPA held an event to honor and meet students with high achievements in competitions such as international informatics and programming Olympiad, English Olympiad for non - major English students: Olympiad of Marxist - Leninist and Ho Chi Minh Thought related subjects and the scientific research competition held by the Ministry of Education and training.

On December 12th 2017, HE Mr. Piya Uthayo, Director of Royal Thai Police Academy sent the letter No. NPT0035.74/3190 to the President of PPA, instructing Lieutenant Ninh Khanh Duy, lecturer of Armed Police Department of PPA successfully defended the dissertation and graduated from the Master's program in Public Administration, Security Management at Royal Thai Police Academy. On the 15th and 16th of December, on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the establishment of the People's Army of Viet Nam, the 45th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory in the air, the 50th anniversary of the establishment of PPA, the Trade Union Congress "Back to the source" in Con Dao, Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
