Under the approval of the Leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the People’s Police Academy (PPA) has been cooperating with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) to establish and implement a joint master program on cyber security within the framework of Project on “Training cadres abroad using state budget for the 2013-2020 period" (Decision No. 599/QD-TTg dated 17/4/2013).

On December 1st , 2017 the Board of Directorates and officers, teachers and students of the PPA led by Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of Academy visited and presented the flowers to congratulate the Lao students who are studying at the PPA on the occasion of the 42th Anniversary of the National Day of Lao PDR (2/12/1975 - 2/12/2017).

Implemented the Decision of the Leaders of Ministry of Public Security (MPS), a business delegation of MPS lead by Senior Colonel, Associate Professor Tran Nguyen Quan - Deputy Director of Police Science Institute of the People’s Police Academy attended the 8th ASEANAPOL Training Cooperation Meeting (APTCM) in Singapore.
