On December 24th, 2013, the
PPA held the closing Ceremony for further training course on preventing and
suppressing crime related to using high-tech for 20 officials of the Ministry
of Interior of Cambodia.
Attending the Ceremony were Major
General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President of the PPA; Senior
Colonel Nguyen Van Nam, Deputy Director of Department of Anti-high-tech Crime;
leaders of Departments of the PPA and the trainees of the course.

After the three-month course, 100%
trainees completed successfully the training program and were awarded the graduated
Certificate by the Academy. The knowledge provided through the course will be
the basis for each trainee to compare theory and practice, propose effective
solutions to the work of prevention and suppression of hi-tech crime in
Cambodia and the region.
