Under the approval of the Leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the People’s Police Academy (PPA) has been cooperating with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) to establish and implement a joint master program on cyber security within the framework of Project on “Training cadres abroad using state budget for the 2013-2020 period" (Decision No. 599/QD-TTg dated 17/4/2013).

Implemented the Decision of the Leaders of Ministry of Public Security (MPS), a business delegation of MPS lead by Senior Colonel, Associate Professor Tran Nguyen Quan - Deputy Director of Police Science Institute of the People’s Police Academy attended the 8th ASEANAPOL Training Cooperation Meeting (APTCM) in Singapore. On July 11th, 2017, leaders of the PPA had a working session with the high-level delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Myanmar led by Major General Aung Soe, Deputy Minister on the occasion the delegation attended the fifth Vietnam-Myanmar Security Dialogue at Deputy Ministerial level in Hanoi.
