Implementing the Direction of MPS, the delegation of Women's Union of MPS consisting of 3 cadres of the Department of Legal Affair and Justice-Administration Procedure Reform, the PPA and the PPS attended the International Women in Law Enforcement Conference – Leadership, Collaboration & Security 2015 from Oct 6th to 8th, 2015 in the Indian National Police Academy, Hydrabad city, India.

On 21/10/2015, at the PPA, the Lieutenant-General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem – President of the PPA had a courteous meeting with Mr. Chistohvalov Andrey Victorovoch - Assistant Principal in charge of further education of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) and Ms. Bakasova Elena Shamilievna - Rector of the General School for Foreigners the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. The meeting also Leadership of the International Cooperation Department, Student Office and Faculty of Criminal Engineering.

On October 20th, 2015, the Openning ceremony on fostering course on investigation for police carders from Ministry of Security of Lao's PDR was officially held by the PPA, according to Co-operation Agreement on training between the Ministry of Public Security of Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Lao PDR in 2015. The ceremony was attended and hosted by Colonel, Assoc. Prof, Tran Minh Chat - Vice President of the PPA.

With the consent of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, in the framework of cooperation between the PPA and Police Representative - the Embassy of France in Hanoi, on 9/10/2015 morning, the Academy leader had a meeting with the French Embassy officers and officially received teachers to teach French at the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Academy.

As a part of the "Building Electronic Library in the PPA" project, funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), from 6th to September 19th, 2015 in Korea. The PPA’s delegation, led by Mr. Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang – Vice President of the PPA attended the second-stage training courses with the content: "information technology (IT) application into managing the Electronic Library system ".

On 15th Sep 2015, Comrade Lieutenant-General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem - Director of the People's Police Academy had a meeting and worked with Mr. Phan Anh Son, member of the Standing Committee of the Union of Friendship Organizations Vietnam, Head of the People's Aid Coordination (PACCOM) and some managing comrades and functional officers of Department. There were representatives of Heads of the People's Police Academy such as International Cooperation Division, Office of the Academy, Department of Logistics, Central Archives and Library whom also participated the meeting.

In the
framework of cooperation program between the PPA and United Nations Office on
Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vietnam, with the consent of the leaders of Ministry
of Public Security of Vietnam, in two days 20th -21st
August, 2015, the PPA in cooperation with the Office of UNODC in Vietnam
successfully organized the training course “Role of law enforcement force in
HIV prevention, care and treatment for drug users” in Do Son distrcit - Hai
Phong province.

In the
framework of the cooperation between The People’s Police Academy (PPA) and the Korean
International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Vietnam, under the permission of
the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the PPA has just
received one KOICA’s Taekwondo volunteer.

On 28th July, 2015, at the PPA, Lieutenant
General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the Academy had a meeting with
Mr. IWASE Satoshi, Representative of the National Police Agency - Embassy of
Japan in Vietnam. Attending the meeting were also the leaders of the
International Cooperation Department and the Office of the PPA.

Implementing Decision
No.530/QD-BCA-V12 dated 05/6/2015 of the Ministry of Public Security, from 8th
-19th June, 2015, the delegation of PPA led by Lieutenant Colonel Ta
Ngoc Vang - Deputy Head of Student Management Department successfully completed
the short-term training course at the Royal Thai Police Academy. Participating
the delegation were also officers of the Office of PPA, International
Cooperation Department, Faculty of Armed Police and 11 participants of the PPA.

In the morning of May 15th, 2015,
Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA chaired the Closing
Ceremony for training course on “Experience in investigation and international cooperation in
combating crime of human trafficking” co-held by the PPA, the US Embassy in
Hanoi, US Homeland Security Department and US Foreign Affairs Department.

On May 8th, 2015,
Lieutenant General, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem - President of the PPA had the
meeting with Mr. Axel Neubert - Chief Representative of the Hanns Seidel's
office in Hanoi. Also attending the meeting were representatives of the
functional units of the Academy.

With the consent of the head of the
Ministry of Public Security, on the basis of the exchange agreement between the
PPA of Vietnam and the University of Maryland, USA, on April 14th,
2015, the PPA solemnly held the Opening Ceremony for 2nd Master
training course - joint program on Leadership in the field of Criminal Justice
and Crime Prevention.

On April 4th, 2015, at the PPA, Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA had the courtesy meeting with Professor Galushkin Alexander, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Technology and intelligent computing systems, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Attending the reception were also leaders of the PPA’s units.

On March 27th, 2015, the delegation of Historical
and Scientific Research Department, the Ministry of Public Security of Laos led
by Director, Senior Colonel, Dr. Van-huong Nan-tha-chac visited and
worked at the PPA.
