On November 26th, 2015, with the consent of
the Ministry of Education and Training and the MPS, the PPA solemnly held the
opening ceremony for the PhD course 20 and awarding the Ph.D degree of the
second phase in 2015. H.E Lieutenant General Dang Van Hieu - Member of the
Central Party, Permanent Deputy Minister of Public
Security attended and directed the ceremony.

With the
consent of the MPS; People’s Public Security Political General Department, on
November 30th, 2015, PPA solemnly held the ceremony to launch the
Institute of Police Science. This is the new organization under the structure
and organization of the PPA.

On December 9th, 2015, the PPA solemnly held the solemn opening ceremony
of 2th civil training course on Criminal Justice Speciality in the academic
year 2015 - 2016. Lieutenant General, Prof.Dr Nguyen Xuan Yem - President of
the PPA attended and presided the ceremony.

To build the Library become a knowledge-culture
exchange environment for the officers, teachers and students, with the direction
of the Board of Directors of the PPA, the supports of the functional units, on
December 7th, 2015, at the Police Professional Library, the Center of Archives
& Library was solemnly held the launching ceremony of the Book Coffee Model.

To implement the roadmap of comprehensive basic innovation of
education and training, enhancing connection between practice and theory in
teaching, on November 27th, the PPA inaugurated and put into use the Courtroom.

Festival” for the staffs and students of the Academy.

the consent of the Police General Department’s leaders, on November 9th,
2015, the PPA in cooperation with the Anti-Hi-tech Crime Police Department (C50) and the Anti-Hi-tech
Crime Division of Ha Noi’s Public
Security Department to organize the scientific workshop: “Experience in
organization of struggling against the Hi-Tech crimes by the Anti-Hi-tech
Crime Police Force (2010-2015)”,
under the chairmanship of Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat - Vice
President of the PPA.

On November 18th, the Anti-Environment related Crime Police Faculty
in cooperation with the Students Management Department signed the MoU on
coordination in organizing the environmental protection activities at the PPA.
Attending and directing the Ceremony was Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van
Nhat, Vice President of the Academy.

On November 17th, the Anti-Environment related Crime Police
Department in cooperation with the PPA organized the Scientific Conference "Improving the quality of the Anti-Environment
related Crime police training in the current situation” under the co-chair of
Major General, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Ly, Director of the Anti-Environment
related Crime Police Department and Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat,
Vice President of the PPA.

On November 13th, the PPA held the signing ceremony of MOU
between the Academy and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam
(BIDV). Attending the ceremony were Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat,
Vice President of the PPA, Mr. Quach Hung Hiep, Deputy General Director of BIDV
and representatives of the two agencies.

On November 12th,
2015, at the National Conference Centre, the State Council for Professor Title (SCPT)
formally held the Ceremony on granting the Professor and Associate Professor
Titles for 522 educators in 2015. The PPA was also honored to have 1 Professor
and 4 Associate Professors this year.

In the peak-emulating atmosphere to celebrate
the Vietnam Teacher's Day (20/11), on November 11th, 2015, the PPA successfully
organized the Camping festival "Teacher Gratitude".
