On the occasion of 60th anniversary of Vietnam People’s Navy (May 7th,
1955-May 7th, 2015), 70 years of tradition of the Vietnam Public
Security force (August 19th, 1945-August 19th, 2015), on
July 16th, 2015, the delegation of the PPA led by Lieutenant
General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, Secretary of Party Committee, President of
the Academy visited and presented gifts for the 4th Regional Command of Navy, Brigade
Submarine 189, Brigade 146 - Brigade Truong Sa and the families of martyrs and
soldiers in Cam Ranh military port, Khanh Hoa province.

Implementing the direction of the
Ministry of Public Security, on May 21st, 2015, the PPA held the Conference
to summarize 40 years of higher education of the PPA and the movement “For
national security” in period of 2010 - 2015 to assess the achievements and
propose the development directions in the next period.

On May 13th, 2015, the PPA
held the Exhibition of achievements in educational science of PPA and 2nd
preliminary ceremony of collecting materials for the PPA’s library.

With the consent of
leaders of the PPA and Advisory Department, On May 13th, 2015,
Research Center of Criminology and Criminal Investigation - PPA and Command
Information Center - Advisory Department
organized the Signing Ceremony of MOU between the two Centers. This was the
important event marking the cooperation between the two units and creating the
legal basis for effectively implementing the tasks of the two units in the coming
time.

With the consent of the Leaders of the Ministry of Public
Security and the Political General Department of the Public Security Force, in
the morning of May 07th, 2015, the PPA organized the Preliminary Conference
for 05-year training under credit system at the Academy.

To adequately summarize, profoundly evaluate
the results of the studying and practicing movements and personnel as well as
to praise the advanced models for the period of 2013-2015, on April 23rd,
2015, the PPA held the Conference on advanced models in the movement of studying
and practicing of the PPA’s students for the period of 2013-2015.

of Student Management organized the 4th Contest Final of Excellent
Class Management in school year 2014 - 2015.

In the lively
competitive atmosphere to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Southern Liberation
and National Reunification, 70 years of Traditional Day of Public Security Force,
47 years of PPA’s establishment, on April 17th, 2015 Faculty of
Mobile Armed Police formally organized the Exchange on traditional education
and career orientation for their students.

On April 17th,
2015, the People's Police Academy in collaboration with the Office of Blue
Dragon Children's Foundation held the scientific Conference "Child sexual
abuse in Vietnam – Etiology for explaining and solutions for response" in
order to exchange the in-depth study in theory, law and practice in the child
sexual abuse prevention.

On April 13th, 2015, the Basic Party Committee of the Student Management Department held the Ceremony to launch the special emulation to welcome the 16th
Party Congress of the PPA.

Implementing the MOU on coordination in
professional training of criminal investigations for the Customs Control forces
between the PPA and the General Department of Customs, on March 6th,
2015, PPA held the opening ceremony the 4th professional training
courses on criminal investigations for customs control forces.

To officially
launch the E-learning management system and to honor the intellectual, creative
spirit of the lecturers within the PPA in designing E-learning lectures, on March
4th, 2015, the PPA held the launching ceremony on the E-learning
Management Systems and reviewed, awarded the contest "Designing E-Learning
lesson in 2014 - 2015."

Under the permission of the leader of
the Ministry of Public Security, on March 31st, 2015, the PPA and the
Department of anti-environmental crime co-held the Workshop “Environmental
protection in the field of basic construction - Theoretical and practical
issues”.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked the Border Guard, Coast Guard and relevant agencies to continually crackdown on smuggling, crime and trade fraud.

Joining in the lively atmosphere of the
Youth Month in 2015, on March 26th, the Youth Union of the PPA solemnly
celebrated the 84th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and
launched the emulation to welcome the 16th Party Congress of
People's Police Academy (term 2015-2020).
