On April 12th, 2017, the PPA solemnly held the Conference to summarize 03-year implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in training, scientific research and equipment of technical facilities in the field of forensic science between the PPA and the Institute of Criminal Science.

On April 04th, 2017, the PPA held a
thematic talk on “Improving the culture of behavior, communication, building up
the good image of police officers in the mind of the people”. The talk had the
presence of speaker - Doctor of Aesthetic Pham The Hung, Chairman of the AT
Scientific Committee - Academy of Asia-Pacific Management and Leadership.

On April 03rd, 2017,
the PPA organized a launching ceremony of special emulation campaign to
commemorate the 50 year of establishment of the PPA (May 15th, 1968
- May 15th, 2018).

On March 29th, 2017, at PPA, the MPS held a
conference to summarize 25 years of postgraduate training in the People's
Public Security (1992 - 2017). Senior Lieutenant General, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen
Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public
Security attended and directed the Conference.

On March 21st, 2017, the PPA introduced and trained the
usage of the software systems for management of education and training to
officers and lecturers who are in charge of teaching and education management.

On March 23rd, 2017, the PPA Youth Union held an
exchange program with topic “PPA’s students - Startup journey” in order to
arouse pride, consciousness and responsibility in study and training of the
PPA’s students, firmly prepare for startup in the future.

On March 16th, the Ministry of Public Security of
Vietnam (MPS) hosted an official reception for a high-ranking delegation of the
Ministry of Security of Laos, led by Minister Somkeo Silavong.

The period 2012 - 2016 has confirmed
the strong development of the Women’s Union of PPA in terms of organizational
structure, quantity of members and quality of movement activities.

In the morning of March 9th, the PPA in
cooperation with Party Committee, People's Committee of Dat Mui Commune, Ngoc
Hien District, Ca Mau Province inaugurated Khao Thi Bridge.

On February 28th, 2017, the Department of Student
Management and the Youth Union jointly organized a Ceremony to launch the
Campaign “Building the People's Public Security style “Bravery, humanity, for
the people to serve”” and the Youth Month 2017 for students. This is one of
many activities of the PPA Youth Union to mark the 86th anniversary of
foundation of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and to celebrate the 17thCommunist
Youth Union Congress of PPA.

On March 1st, PPAcoordinated with the Public
Security Department of Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province held the ceremony of
inaugurating and handing-over a gratitude house, worth VND170 million for
heroic Vietnamese mothers Pham ThiTien (DienQuangcommune, Dien Ban town, Quang
Nam province).

With more than 6,000 members, the PPA Youth Union has always
promoted dynamism, creativity and initiative, made effort in learning, actively
participated in volunteer activities for community, contributing to the
development of PPA with a historical depth of nearly 50 years of formation.
