Under the approval of the Leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the People’s Police Academy (PPA) has been cooperating with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) to establish and implement a joint master program on cyber security within the framework of Project on “Training cadres abroad using state budget for the 2013-2020 period" (Decision No. 599/QD-TTg dated 17/4/2013).

Implemented the Decision of the Leaders of Ministry of Public Security (MPS), a business delegation of MPS lead by Senior Colonel, Associate Professor Tran Nguyen Quan - Deputy Director of Police Science Institute of the People’s Police Academy attended the 8th ASEANAPOL Training Cooperation Meeting (APTCM) in Singapore. International Cooperation Division was established in accordance with Decision No. 5592 / QD-BCA dated 9th October 2013 by the Minister of Public Security. The Division works to advise and assist the President of the Academy in carrying out the foreign relations and international cooperation at the People's Police Academy in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Party, the State and the Ministry of Public Security.
