On the occasion of the 65th
anniversary of Party Inspection Day, on October 16th, the Party
Committee of the PPA met generations of officers who have worked as inspectors
of the Party Committee of the Academy.

On September 17th, the PPA in cooperation with the Department of Anti-drug
Crime of the Ministry of Public Security held the Workshop: “Mass mobilization in prevention and fight against drug-related crime - Theory
and Practice” co-chaired by Senior Colonel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thien Phu,
Vice President of the PPA and Senior Colonel Pham Van Chinh, Deputy Director of
Anti-drug Crimes Police Department. Several scientists, leaders of functional
units inside and outside the PPA as well as students of specialty of
drug-related crime of the PPA were invited to attend the Workshop.

On October 14th
2013, the PPA celebrated formally the Anniversary
of 45-year establishment, received the First-Class State Defense Order and
opening the academic year 2013 - 2014.

Under the
direction of the Minister of Public Security and the General Department of Building
up Force, on October 8th, the Party Committee of the PPA held the
conference on implementing Party’s work plan during school year of 2013 - 2014
and Instruction No.5 of the Minister of Public Security to continue to
implement the movement of the People’s Public Security Force on studying,
implementing the six teaching statements of Uncle Ho for the period of 2013 -
2018.

On October 4th,
the PPA organized training program to deploy E-Learning project.

On the occasion of the 45th Anniversary
of Foundation of the PPA and the opening Ceremony of the new school year 2013 -
2014, with the spirit of "comrade sentiment", the Youth Union of
Faculty of Administrative Management on Social Order and Safety visited and
presented gifts for the disadvantaged officers, lecturers, employees and
students who are working for the PPA.

the Ministry of Public Security (M.P.S), on September 27th, 2013,
the PPA in cooperation with Institute of Strategy and Science of the M.P.S held
the workshop on 45 years of achievement and development of the PPA under the
co-chair of Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the
PPA; Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huy Thuat, Vice President of the PPA and
Colonel Nguyen Manh Thang, Deputy Director of the Institute of Strategy and
Science.

For the purposes of
celebrating the 45th Anniversary of the foundation of the PPA (May
15th,1968 - May 15th, 2013), receiving the first-class of
Fatherland Defense Order and welcoming the Opening Ceremony of the new school
year 2013 - 2014, on September 29th, 2013, the PPA held formally the
Inauguration Ceremony of the Historical PPA Monument at formal area in Suoi Hai
Commune, Ba Vi District, Hanoi.

the occasion of the 45th Anniversary of the foundation of the PPA
and opening the new school year 2013-2014, General, Prof. Dr. Tran Dai Quang, Member of the
Politburo, Minister of Public Security sent a congratulation letter to all of the

To actively prevent and
eliminate discipline violation of police officers in general and officers,
lecturers, employees, students of the PPA in particular, on September 28th,
2013, the Directorate of the PPA held the meeting on enhancing officers
management and signing a commitment of preventing discipline violation of the
officers.

On September 25th,
the PPA in cooperation with the Prudential Life Insurance Corporation in Vietnam
held the scientific workshop "Preventing life insurance fraud in theory
and practice” under the chairmanship of Senior Colonel, Dr.Tran Minh, Vice
President of the PPA.

On September 25th,
at the PPA, the Faculty of Traffic
Police held the Better-learning emulation Contest on Road Traffic Law for the students of the professional traffic police of the PPA.

On September 24th,
2013, at the Cultural Centre of Cam Khe District, the PPA in cooperation with
the Public Security Department of Phu Tho Province and the Youth Union of Cam
Khe District held the program on cultural exchange and presenting the Certificate
of Merit to the officers and students of the PPA for their excellent
achievements during the social and political practice period in Cam Khe
District.

In the
framework of the project “Support to strengthen traffic police training in the
PPA and other police training institutions in Vietnam”, on September 21st,
2013, the PPA held the opening Ceremony on training course for driving specific patrol
motorcycles and patrol cars.

On September 18th,
2013, at the PPA, 400 students of the
26th continuous training course upgrading to university in year of 2010 - 2013
attended the closing ceremony on presenting the graduated certificate.
